DIGIQUAL Manufactures Laboratory Model Orbital Shaker Incubators with Both Cooling & Heating Conditions. The Outer Chamber of the Instrument is Fabricated with a Mild Steel Sheet of 1.2 mm Thick with Powder Coating, Inner Chamber is made of 1.6 mm Thick SS 304 Sheets
Cooling is done by Implementing Emerson Make Compressor & Condenser with Cooling Coils Inside the Chamber. Cooling can be Achieved at 5 * C within 45 Mins. The compressor Has Relay Start & Stop, so the Accuracy of the chamber is Maintained +/- 1 * C. For Heating Electric Air Heater is Fixed inside the Chamber, which produces Heat to a Max of 60 * C.

Shaker Mechanism – SS Base Platform with Shakers are Fixed at the Bottom of the Incubator Chamber. 

Shaker is Fixed to a BDC Motor which Gives long Life & good stability while Shaking.  The capacity of Flasks can be interchanged.  The speed of the Shaker is Controlled by LCD Display Control Module which can vary RPM from 1 to 300 . 

Overall Incubator is Fixed with Bottom Wheels for Easy Movement inside the Laboratory.  Instrument Works of 220 V AC & 20 Amps Load.

Shaker Speed: 1 to 300 RPM Digitally Controlled by Module.
